New i2 CEO Announces Focus on Innovation
Company to drive innovation leadership to help customers tackle crime and terrorist activity
McLean, VA – Robert Griffin, the new CEO of i2, the premier global provider of investigation management software, has announced an increased focus on innovation following its merger with Knowledge Computing Corporation (KCC).
Griffin, who was previously CEO of KCC, makers of COPLINK®, the award-winning analysis software announced: "The merger between i2 and KCC will spur even greater innovation that will benefit our global customer base in tackling crime and terrorist activity. The newly-combined larger organization will enable us to significantly strengthen business operations in our core markets."

Ideal Timing
The 350-strong company's primary operations will remain in Cambridge in the United Kingdom and in McLean, Virginia, and Tucson, Arizona, in the United States, with i2 supporting more than 4,500 public and private sector organizations in 149 countries.
